PROCESS

DESIGN

The first stage of your architectural journey is to define your design brief to find out what your ambitions and requirements are.

We will utilise the design brief to develop conceptual drawings and feasibility studies. During this stage we will survey your site and request advice from your local council for planning if required.

The project programme and budget can be agreed, and a procurement strategy will be selected to work with your budget and programme to achieve a sustainable, innovative project from the very beginning.

PLANNING

We will contact your local authority during the design stage to commence conversations about your project, and apply for pre-app advice if necessary.

When the spatially coordinated design is complete with an outline specification which meets your budget, we can review this information against building regulations and submit the Planning Application.

CONSTRUCTION

Construction information will be produced with final specifications. This information will be submitted for a Building Regulations Application, and a set of tender drawings and specifications will be sent out to contractors to obtain an overall project cost.

Site logistics will be finalised and the progress of the project will be monitored against the construction programme with regular construction quality inspections.
